ETERC operates this website. For questions or requests about personal information submitted through this website, email contact@eterc.app.

Information you provide

If you submit a demo request, we receive your name, email address, phone number, organization name and type, role or title, operating location, preferred demo date and time, your browser’s time zone, and the description you provide about your organization and demo interests. Please do not include customer information, financial records, or other sensitive information in the form.

We use these details to understand your organization’s needs, assess whether ETERC may be relevant to them, and follow up about your request. A demo request is reviewed by our team; submitting the form does not automatically qualify or approve an organization.

How requests are handled

Demo request submissions are sent to contact@eterc.app using Resend, our email delivery provider. This website does not store demo requests in its own database. The information will be available to people with access to the receiving email account and may be processed by Resend to deliver the message.

We keep request emails according to the retention practices for that email account and delete them when they are no longer needed for follow-up or business recordkeeping. The website does not currently define a separate, fixed retention period for these emails.

The website hosting provider may process technical information such as connection data in service logs to operate and protect the site. We do not use submitted demo-request details for advertising.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website does not currently include analytics or advertising tracking in its application code. Essential technologies used by the site or its hosting provider may be needed to deliver pages, maintain security, or make the site function. Provider behavior can depend on the services and configuration in use.

The site loads the Inter font from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these font files, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about Google’s handling of data.

Your choices and requests

You can contact us at contact@eterc.app to ask questions or request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted. We will review and respond to requests as appropriate under applicable requirements.
